Key enhancements

Smarter virtual card budgeting with AI-powered suggestions

Setting the right amount on a guest's virtual card used to mean guessing, or digging through past trips to find a reasonable figure. Now, the platform draws on the event's own details — destination, dates and applicable travel policy — together with seasonal pricing trends and historical market data, to work out a realistic budget and suggest it automatically, taking the uncertainty out of the setup step.

The suggestion appears right where the virtual card amount is set, broken down by category (transportation, accommodation, meals, contingency), so admins and event owners can see how the number was built, not just the number itself. They can accept it in one click or adjust it if needed. It's a small change to the flow with a real impact on how confidently budgets get set, especially for teams issuing cards for dozens of guests at once.

Guest Travel & Expense: coming soon to Australia

We've prepared Guest Travel & Expense to support our Australian customers, who will be able to use it soon.

Behind the scenes, invoice parsing and ingestion now handle Australian formats, and health & compliance profile fields, including AHPRA registration, are supported end to end, from guest records to extracts, accruals, and reports — laying the groundwork for a smooth rollout when Australia goes live.

Product updates

Faster, more reliable connections to travel content partners

Role

Event owners, guests

Value

Book hotel and rail content from our partners with a smoother, more stable connection.

Description

We've upgraded the underlying connection to our travel content partners, resulting in faster load times and fewer booking interruptions when guests search and book through partner inventory.

Virtual card balance uplift for guest ticket changes

Role

Guests

Value

Modify a booked ticket even when it means increasing the virtual card balance.

Description

Guests can now modify a ticket even if their virtual card allocation has already been reached, removing a blocker that previously prevented any further changes. The ticket modification automatically triggers a virtual card balance uplift request. If the event is set to require approval, the request is held pending until an admin reviews and approves it. If the event is set to auto-approval, the uplift is applied automatically and the guest can proceed right away.

Air/Rail policies now support unlimited destinations

Role

Admins, event owners

Value

Set air and rail policies without being limited to three destinations.

Description

The three-destination limit on Air/Rail policy configuration has been removed, giving admins full flexibility to define destination rules that match their actual travel programs.

Clearer date and time display

Role

All users

Value

See dates and times displayed more clearly and consistently across the platform.

Description

Dates now use one consistent format across the platform (e.g. 26 MAR 2026), removing any ambiguity between date conventions. Time display adapts to your locale: 12-hour with AM/PM for US users, and 24-hour GB-style everywhere else — including Australia — making booking, transaction, and event timestamps easier to read at a glance.

Country-driven address fields

Role

Admins, guests

Value

Enter addresses with fields that automatically adapt to the selected country.

Description

Address forms now adjust their fields and formatting based on the country selected, reducing entry errors and aligning the experience with local address conventions.

Edit a user's locale from their profile

Role

Admins

Value

Edit a user's locale directly from their profile.

Description

Admins can now update a user's locale setting from the user edition screen, ensuring guests and employees see the platform in their correct language and regional format without a separate request.
